I'm very ambivalent about this book - I hated the first portion of the book - the baby, the whining from Bella about how she could've live without Edward or Jacob, the selfishness and cruelty she inflicted on both of them, etc. The second portion, I thought was much more interesting (despite the ew factor of the imprinting) - I loved the "fight" scene between the vampires. What I didn't find too believable was Bella's transition from human to vampire. First off, she's perfect - in complete control of herself - why did they hesitate in making her a vampire again? Second off, for someone who fainted at the smell of blood, she took to it quite easily, even happily. All in all, I like the ending and thought that Stephanie Meyer's use of Bella's abilities were creative.
