Three recipes in, I'm loving this. Makes me feel like I can actually cook (with help). I un-veganed some ingredients (what can I say, I love cheese and heavy cream...), but the original recipes totally stand on their own. Only downside so far is that each dish has taken over an hour to make, which is probably more my fault, but still not so great for a quick-and-easy meal.
